Have an out of body experience

"This happened when I was in catholic school, during the time around my 8th grade graduation. It happened while I was sleeping, I was sleeping on my back and my soul, or whatever you want to call it, sat up and I looked back at my body laying there I felt heavy and it was hard to move, but I made my way towards the door and half way up the steps. Everything was normal nothing out of place and it felt more real then I could explain. All a sudden half way up the steps I flew backwards and got sucked back into my body and woke up. I felt heavy and drained and wanted to go back to bed. It was pretty amazing."
