Make my own ice cream

"Finally did it. Broke out the ice cream maker and picked up the ingredients from the market. Its been long in the making. Made some chocolate ice cream. Seemed the simplest and most likely that I would eat. Trouble with making ice cream is that one must the directions. Had the ice cream maker going for 30 minutes. Wondered why it did not work. After reading the directions, I learned. One must freeze the freezer bowl while the ingredients are churning. This cold helps with the ice cream. Still eating after a couple of weeks. "
