"I like this one. Building a mantra for myself. When doing planks I find myself reciting my affirmations. Was keeping it to two mantras max. Until completed. However, I decided to do a 100 days for one. Revised some and given my some goal deadlines. In any respect needed to put more effort in completing these long held unfinished bucket list stuff"
