I work from home full time (which is nice) but I roll out of bed, get coffee and I'm in my office for 10 hours a day. By dinner time, I'm still in my PJ's! It's time to start the day off right Sandy, exercise, shower (put some makeup on for goodness sakes)and start each day off feeling good about yourself.
