"I donated 13 inches the first time.Febraury 2004 I donated 14 inches, and in January 2005 I donated 12 inches. Unfortunately I can't donate anymore because 4 years ago I started highlighting my hair. You cannot donate if you have dyed it in any way or have had any chemical treatments done to your hair. "
