"Thinking about it, I've done it twice. I had a friend when I was about 8 who decided to lay down in the middle of a street that typically received little traffic. I screamed when I saw a truck coming and she ran out of the way. And I helped a self-destructive friend get better. I don't think she would have killed herself at any point but you never know. I could have helped her a lot."
