Lose weight and tone up ... My goal is to be 140 lbs which is a healthy weight

"Well I am in my 30's and for the past 8 years I have gained weight due to stress, partying, eating out, avoiding my health and so this year I want to focus on me. My goal is to be 140lbs, which will be the lowest in 8 years. I think this is reasonable, achievable and healthy for me. So wish me luck! I am doing this for myself!"
